Cenvat credit in case of new abatements

We paid Service Tax on GTA, Security Charges, Works contracts etc on reverse charge basis after availing the applicable abatements. Can we take CENVAT credit of these taxes given that all other rules are satisfied?

Yes your company/firm is eligible subject to conditions as mentioned in CENVAT Credit Rules 2004
