In Case of Raw Materials Purchased, the consignee is different from the buyer ( eg. in case of job work), who shall be the eligible for the Cenvat Credit on such Raw Material? (Either Consignee or Actual Buyer)

Consignee can take the cenvat credit on the basis of buyer invoice. But as a consignee name should be available in the tax invoice.

Actually we are doing the job work for other party (also we are the manufactures of our own product), for which the other party has bought some raw materials, which are direct unloaded to our premises, instead of getting unloaded at the other party place and sending to us. i.e. we are consignee and the same is also mentioned in the invoice of raw material.
Now pls guide me,
1. do we have to make entry in our stock register about receiving of raw material?
2. what shall be treatement of cenvat credit?
3. how the invoice shall be prepared while removing the goods after the job work done?
