Cenvat credit agst service tax paid under catagory of goods

24 July 2012 Dear sir,
with reference to the above mentioned subject, I can take the Cenvat credit agst payment made under the catagory of "goods transportaion by road / by western railwy cargo cervice.

Exemple: I am a Service Provider under the catogory of "frenchise " I get an invoice from Transporer for Rs. 1,00,000 without service tax (basic)

I am liable for service tax with abatement of 75% ( net Assessable Value 25000/- )
I have made payment service tax for Rs. 3,090/- (12.36% of 25000)in june 2012

Question:-
1) Can I Take the Cenvat Credit for Rs. 3090/- in july 2012
2) if yes, plz mention the Notification No & Date

27 July 2012 1. yes u can take Credit of Tax paid
2. There is no such notification. infact there is no need of notification bcoz you are service provider who had paid the service tax on Input service. So, you are very much eligible for cenvat credit of tax paid.

my question is :

I am a service Provider under the catagory of " frenchise " and I would like to Take Cenvat Credit Input from Different Catagory like:

1) goods transportation by road or by railway cargo service.
2) renting of immovable Property

Can i take the Cenvat Credit agst different catagory which I have paid
but I am not registered under unother catagory.

plz answer at your end
