Dear sir,
Can we take cenvat credit against import bill of entry of raw material CVD 12.5%, Education cess 2%, SHE cess 1% ?? We are exporting manufacturing goods.

You can take the only CVD and SAD. edu cess and SHE cess will not be availed.
