If i made twice payment of same bill then can i take the cenvat credit both the time?

Anagha,
You can take CENVAT credit of the goods received in your factory. It doesn't matter how much time you make the payments. CENVAT credit is to be taken on the excise duty paid by the supplier. As supplier has raised the bill once and also paid excise duty also once, you cannot take credit twice for the same bill even if you have paid the same bill twice
