Are owner and manufacturer same in case of taking credit in respect of capital goods or inputs? Manufacturer is not owner of the goods but used the same,Can the manufacurer of product take credit?

ownership is not relevant for availment of cenvat credit.(sharda motors vs cce 2002 51 rlt 33 (cegat)
