1:can avail cenvat credit on duty paid goods

2. can avail duty free goods on submission of CT 3

28 July 2010 Yes. You can avail Cenvat Credit on Duty Paid Goods. You can also avail CT-3 for procurement of goods against NIL rate of duty.
