Can we availe cenvat credit on stock in transit if yes then what would be accounting entry.if no then what is solution of oms and import purcase for availing cenvat credit and at the same time vat set off and for issue C'form as bill date consideration

you can avail input credit with respect to Excise/Service Tax/Salestax only after receiving the goods physically .
