01 January 2016 if we purchased excisable materials in dec15 and not utilized it in same month when we can utilize it and when it will laps. pls guide me.thanks in advance to expert.

02 January 2016 There are two steps of cenvat first to avail then to utlize. limit of availment is 1 year from date of bill and can utilized for any period of time.
