We are manufacturing storage rack system and sales to Ahmadabad party this party is manufacturer but he give system for storage material in his warehouse this situation can he will give cenvat credit or not hs code is 94032010

You can do the job work under rule 4(5)a of this party under cenvat provision. no need to charge excise duty.
