01 February 2015 dear sir please clarify , one of distributor excise duty cenvat credit short passed to us on invoices , due to technical error in system. after some period we have noticed in invoices & cenvat credit short passed by distributor , how can i claim short passed cenvat credit. what is the procedure myself and distributor hands.
