Dear Sir,
plant and machinery sold as scrap after utilisation of cenvat credit utilised.P & M purchased March 2012 and duty of Rs. 60364 and P & M sold january,2014.

w.e.f 27.9.13, if the capital goods are cleared as waste and scrap, an amount equal to the DUTY LEVIABLE ON TRANSACTION VALUE should pay. Not no 12/2013 datd 27.09.13
