can we take CENVAT credit through RG23A as per CENVAT credit rule 16 ,on FG returned from buyer's premises due to different reasons?
what will be the supporting documents on basis can take CENVAT?

Manufacturer can take the cenvat credit on own inoivce if goods are received in the factory for any reason.

manufacturer can get the cant on his invoice recd back from the customers
