our firm after few month eligible in excise so can i received cenvat credit befor the excise number

In general, after availing the SSI exemption of 150 lacs, if you have got the excise RC, you are entitled get the cenvat for capital goods and there is transitional provision for availing other inputs provided they are eligible.
