We are Maruti Authorised Car We sale as well as provide service at our workshop.
We charge Service tax from customer on our job work bill. our revenue turn over is more than 100 crores. My question , are we liable also to exice duty .

if you are not engaged in any manufacturing activity, then no excise,
excise is charged on only manufacturing activity.
