14 August 2012 Can I passon Edu. Cess & SHEC of CENVAT Crdedit on imported items to the buyers. Could any body inform the related notification Number. Matter is most urgent hence an early reply shall be highly solicited. Thanking you in anticipation.

all the input what have taken in the name of duty or cess . we can pass one the buyer .
where is the matter of notification it has to see.

14 August 2012 CVD/Edu Cess /S&HS Edu Cess is cenvatable , and as a registered dealer you have to pass these to your next registered buyer.

Thank you for your immediate reply but the notification Number is very important since some body is claiming that the rule has been amended in last April and accordingly it can not be pass on.Your early response shall be once again be appreciated.
