29 September 2011 If unit needs to surrender his central excise registraion ceritificate, but cenvat balance is availible at the time of surrender. How get refund of available cenvat balance?

29 September 2011 cenvat balance is deemed to be contained under the stock in hand, and its not refundable or to be claimed,
on excise registration surrender, it would get lapsed.
