Respected Sir,
Can we get CENVAT of ACD ???
Eg. we are manufacturer of Brass Parts & we purchase consumable stores from First Stage Dealer , in his invoice there is ACD As Well as CVD , so now my question is can we claim both ACD & CVD ??
ACD means Additional Custom Duty or anything Else ??
Kindly do give reply as early as possible.

Manufacturer can take cenvat credit of the CVD and SAD(Additional duty 4%).
