Can we claim Refund of purchase tax(CST)paid on raw material for production of goods for export?

No as per DVAT Act amount of tax paid on interstate purchases is not entitled for input credit. It would be better if purchases are made against Form H.

No, there is no provision of refund of
CST paid on purchases even if used for
export.
However, if you are SEZ units, such
refund is possible.
