Central excise registration for importer

Dear Sir
I am importer registered under central excise to pass on cenvat invoice to my manufacturers customer since Aug 2013. Catogery in my registration is Dealer as per prevailing rule though i am importer
Now As per new notification 10/2014effective 01.04.14 Do i need to get re registration as Importer ? to pass on cenvate invoice ?

Yes, you need to registered as an importer for passing cenvat credit.
