22 December 2012 We are manufacturing of Cotton Knitted Hosiery Garments which is Excisable Goods.
And we are having waste fabric in small pieces but not in garment form. Can we pay central excise duty or not ?

22 December 2012 Dear, On waste material excise duty is payable , it does not mattter, whether its in garment form or not, even fabric in small pieces cleared , is come under the scanner of excise duty.
