I have filed On Line Returns, and if it is necessary to submit a hard copy to the Department? Please Reply....

there is no mandatory binding to submit the hard copy, of "return filed", however the assessee has to file cenvat records, and challns paid to the range, and if they ask to submit the same then the assessee has no option but to submit the same,
