21 June 2014 if limit on companies audit is 20 as per companies act 2013 then how ca can audit 60 tax audits

21 June 2014 limit of audot for the auditor are different .

20 for company audit. and 60 for tax audit including tax audit of the co.
if any co. have no tax audit then audit count only for co out of 20 nos.
