How many Maximun audits can accept by a Chartered Accountant ?

A chartered Accountant can do 20 company Audit & 45 Tax Audit per year

In the limit of 20 Statutory Audits, not 10 more than companies should be there whose paid capital is more than 20 Lakhs.
Also, private limited companies are not taken into account.
