Is tax on dividend distribution is also liability of pvt ltd co.????

Yes it is payable by all companies.

There is no difference between a private Limited or Limited company as regards the provisions of Dividend distribution tax is concerned. It is on dividend which is declared out of profit. So dividend distribution tax is applicable to Private Limited Companies also.

Yes provisions of CDT is applicable on all companies including private limited companies
