02 November 2013 I read that Tamil Nadu High Court has smelled some irregularities in land deal by ICAI top office bearers in Nagpur and has order CBI inquiry. Can anyone please throw some light on this issue about observations of Hon. High Court???

Madras High Court has directed the CBI to look into the functioning of ICAI after financial irregularities were found in a land deal purchased for Rs. 97.5 Crores
