Can u please provide me the defination of Promoter Director, Professional Director and Independent Director

Promoter Director:First directors are promoter director or if subscribers to memorandum whenever they become directors are promoter director in one company.
Professional Director/Independent Director:Both are same(Independent directors are the best in dealing with corporate governance.In the selection of independent directors we must not look simply for high profile names
