If auditor resign from office. Can he reappointed as auditor of same company??????

No, he cannot be reappointed in the same Company.
According to section 140(4), A special notice is required at an AGM appointing auditor other than retiring auditor by expresely stating that retiring or resigned auditor shall not be re-appointed except where the auditor has completed the tenure of 5 years or 10 years as the Case may be.
