16 June 2009 Hi,

Yes. It is always better to reduce Cash Transactions. You must discuss with the Purchase and Sales team. Find out the possibilities for cheque payments or recipt thru bank deposit etc.

Mostly anything beyond a small limit say Rs.5000/- should be paid by Cheque.
