15 January 2012 one of my client cash was seized by the income tax department in election area cash was withdraw by bank but books were not produced at the time of seizure
now how we can get back that money and which section we will proceed

to curb the pernicious role of money power in forthcoming 5 states election has already instruction by the election commission to the law enforcement agencies to form flying squad to keep watch over distribution of cash , liquor and other utility items in constituiency during the election process and seize the said items.

in this context this is right but despite of it a lot of company and traders affected from this rule.
