11 April 2017 Entry has to be posted as credit sales. First Create a ledger called Swiping Machine - Bank Name under Sundry Debtors. When a sale is made debit the sale receivable to this account. When the amount is reflected in your bank pass receipt entry along with bank charges and nullify the entry.
