We can make cash sell more then 2 lac to diff rant customers in a day

Section 269ST is applicable when any payment is received of Rs. 2,00,000/- or more
(a) in aggregate from a person in a day
(b) in respect of a single transaction or
(c) in respect of transactions relating to one event or occasion from a person.
In your case, you can't make cash sales more than Rs. 200,000/- even to a different person.
