07 July 2011 the transportation bill is Rs.616000/- on 25-02-2011 and cash payment to above party is on same date for Rs.35000 and Rs35000 and Rs.30000/-,and rest of payment by cheque in march.so above all cash expenses are disallowed u/s 40a3...

07 July 2011 Yes payment made exceeding Rs.35000/- will be disallowed
However it can be prevented if somehow u can prove that there were separate G.R.notes for every truck etc.
