04 September 2012 Hi frnds, if any person paid cash above 20000 to more than 1 person jointly then the deduction for this amt is allowable or not ?

05 September 2012 In case the payment is made to more than 1 person then payment to each person should be less than Rs. 20000/- to be an allowable expenditure. for eg. payment of wages or salary where total amount is more than 20000/- but payment to each person is less than 20000/-
