Cash payment exceeding rs 20000

Suppose there are two type of expenses amounting Rs.18,000/- & 13,000/- respectively against same party. will it be allowable if we pay to party in Cash? Because this is Payment to single party but against different expenses.? Again if he had raised a single bill ?

Cash payment to same party more than Rs.20K same day will not be allowed. But as per finance act 2009,you can pay upto Rs.35K for transportation charges.
