Cash gift giving entry with ledgers

24 October 2013 i give one lakh rupees to my mother as a gift from my cash a/c.

so what entry should I record in tally? and also in which head I show my mother?
for this should I transfer cash into capital and reduce from capital or direct less cash a/c.
please suggest me.
