Cash Flow Statement in case of Amalgamation/Merger

22 November 2019 If a company A acquires B as on 28th May, 2018, How should I prepare cash flow statement on 31st march, 2019? Should I take every assets and liabilities as on balance sheet date i.e. 31st march 2019 or Should I take only the effect of Net Assets taken over? 

09 August 2020 Cash flow Statements will only have an entry in "Investing Activity" in respect to investment made.
