20 August 2015 It is a patnership project (3 patners) for 2 year project. actually project was on loss.

1 st year loss -158,556 (loss share divided by each patner 1st 46%,2nd 45% & 3rd 9%. patner 1 has drawn 3,26,064/-

2nd year profit 17,672 ( profit shared by 2 patners 50% each) patner 1 drawn 1,97,000/-

total drawn 5,23,064/-

P/L 1 ST YEAR Revenue 2,16,500
Expenses 3,75,056

P/L 2 ND YEAR Revenue 2,32,000
Expenses 2,14,328

Please let me know how much fund can disbursed to each patners.
