if any cash expense of Rs. 2000 incurred on 31-3-2015 then the accountant record it on 4-4-2015. so, I want to ask that transaction is occurred in the last year & record in current year whether it is valid or not?

It will be a prior period transaction. It needs to be covered atleast now.
