Is the cash a/c is always debited,so debited what the reason of cash a/c debited

Always remember the golder rules of accounting. Nature of cash account is real account therefore the rule of real account is "What comes in should be Debited and what goes out should be credited", therefore as per the situation, the cash account should be debited or credited.
