as an article can proceed hearing in behalf of my firm,as power of attorney is given in name of firm?

10 December 2014 An articled assistant is NOT entitled to represent the case with an authorisation issued in favour of the firm. even if f you are otherwise qualified to be a ITP. So be careful as your clients interest can get affected.
