11 October 2014 please help

whether i need to study all the case laws of DT IDT for final nov 14 exams given in institutes material "select cases" or just important ones

if not all to be studied please which all are important to focus more.. please provide links/files if any..

11 October 2014 they are more than 150... excise has 50+ case laws and weighatage of excise is only 25 marks

11 October 2014 i find many pdfs from various authors/ experts they have very few cases are these to be given more importance??

11 October 2014 Yes definitely, first you should give imp to case laws given in RTP, then latest case law of Supreme court, then by High Courts.

Also check trends from which chapter more case laws has been asked.
