Please Guide me what procedure should I adopt for remembering the Case Laws of Corporate Laws, Direct Taxes & Indirect Taxes?

Is each & every Case Law to be mugged up? Or are their any publications in the market which give extensive exam oriented coverage for the Case Laws?

22 May 2008 you will understand the firstly section what it say then you will anaylsis the caes law f e cotton mill replacet its ring for smmoth productin & changes the all rings whether it is revenue exp or capital exp case is Geetanjali sppining mill so you will understand the fact then analysis the case law

But I would further like to know that

How to summarize the case laws for further revisions?

Secondly, there are so many case laws I have come across in the Study Material and also in the reference book so is there any criterion to set any priority as to Very Imp, Imp. or not so Imp?

02 October 2008 Case laws can be summarised to the extent of jist.

This is primrily a personal judgement. Being a professional student you will be able to set priorities in due course. Do not get baffled by the number of cases.
