Sir, An assessee who is a salaried emplouee and has deposited cash into his savings bank account.
Now the assessing officer has treated it as undisclosed cash deposits and had taken 35 % of the deposits as income and addted to his salary income.
what is the treatment for this and how to solve the issue. kindly give me the detailed information along with case laws
