What should I refer for case studies in direct tax.. Whether case studies from institute case law book or from case law given in RTP..

You must concentrate on reading the judgements given in the Case Laws Book first.
If time permits you may go through the case laws given in the RTP also.

For case laws, you must refer the ICAI published Select Case Law book and also complement it with Revision Test Paper of of at least this attempt and last attempt book.
