Hi,
I am a trader. Last year I filed itr - 4 to carry forward my f&o trading losses.I recd my intimation 143(1) very recently where the losses carry forward figure is much lower from what i filled. i am thinking of requesting a rectification for the same. but as 31 july approaching i need to filed my this year return. so i am confused which figure of losses carry forward shoud i use for adjuesments with this years profit.

the figure u have shown in ur last year return and after that make an application for rectification u/s. 154
