can company carried forward current year depriciation even if loss return can not filed on due date?

UNabsorbed depreciation can be carried forward even if belated return has been filed by the assessee..

In your case the loss can not be carry forwarded, as your return filled as a belated return,
But the unabsorbed depreciation can be carry forwarded for an infinite period...
