25 February 2011 Hi, I am a recently qualified CWA and doing my CA final too. right now I am working for a BPO - MNC. but I am not interested in BPO sector. I have two options: 1). I can change my job profile go to core finance to other companies. 2). an open from a reputed coaching centre as a faculty. if you are in my position what will you do ?

25 February 2011 Complete my studies and move forward. If you change your job it will be a new place to work and will change the mental setup. Taking up the job as a faculty is a good idea provided it gives you time to study. Teaching is a novel profession where teaching goes hand in hand with learning. For any student being in the learning mode is very important.If you really need a change go for teaching and teach something of standard so that you have to learn also
