As we know that if a private company fulfills the condition then it is exempted from CARO reporting in audit report. Now my question is whether we have to give the reporting in current year if it is given in prev year although it is exempted in cy as per conditions given.

u need to check it yearwise so for eg if it was subject to caro in prev year but not in current year then not applicable for current year
