Caretaking services falls under which category

An entity provide services on contract basis for catering, care taking and housekeeping of guest houses owned by companies.
For the purpose of service tax, under which category these services will fall?

29 November 2012 Dear Ankit,

The Service tax has been changed drastically from 01.07.2012. Prior, to this their was specified services on which service tax can be charged.
From 01.07.2012, the definitions of Service tax has been completely changed as per new definition " Any service provided for a Consideration is chargeable to service tax".
So, now onwards service tax is chargeable on any service provided.
However as per recent circular by the board the board has restored the accounting codes of 120 services and even if they dont fall into it they will fall into "All Other Services".

So the caretaking will fall into " All other Service"

As of now it can be classified into "All Other Services."
BUT, Can you please tell me, Before 01.07.2012, under which category the same could be classified OR it was not covered under any category therefore not taxable under pueview of service tax?

30 November 2012 Dear Sir,
Prior to 01.07.2012 their was a list of 119 services on which service tax can be levied.
And noneof the services covered care-taking services. Therefore, no service tax on such services prior to 01.07.2012.
